Over Night Shipment - Missing Tracking Number

I was speaking with MIKE in Customer Support :slight_smile:

My glowforge completlely quit on me and he was sending out the black cable for me as I am under warranty.

I purchased and paid for the OVER NIGHT shipping understanding that it was a holiday but never got my tracking number for the shipment.

He sent an invoice that I had to pay with a Business Paypal with a different address.

Once paid I did not hear back from him with a tracking number or email

Can someone help me with this.

The Shipping address should be the address on file and not this one. >
