Way do they make so hard to get parts. You think it be easier just to offer things like belts and cams on the part pages. Still waiting for belts been three weeks. Broke my cam on my trolley yesterday when I was cleaning it reached out to customer service nothing. It would be less work if they just let us order what we need. Just had to vent a little Kathy

The parts aren’t available because the suppliers in a lot of the countries that manufacture them are in lockdown Kathy…they literally are not available.

Just click on the email notification to be alerted to when they get a shipment in…then move quickly to order. Everyone is in the same boat.
