Hi there! I’ve successfully cut two items with pass-through but on my third item the first section is cutting fine but a “print unsuccessful” keeps popping up. When I try to realign the image manually, it shows the third section and the middle part is nowhere to be found. When I exit and view my dashboard, the middle part is on there but when I try to cut that image the same issue starts.
Glowforge support does not monitor the forum. Your best bet is to email them with the date and time of this problem so they can review your machine log.
