Looks like my Glowforge Pro is dropping part of my SVG after the first cut. Anyone else seeing this issue? I have tried two separate files.

I don’t use the pass through enough to have had many issues that required investigation. If this were my project, I would try a different browser, try a different file, try resetting/reloading the file as a pdf rather than svg and see if any one of those items made a difference. Certainly use cardboard for all of the tests and contact Glowforge support.

I have experienced the exact same thing on the past 3-4 pass through cuts that I did. Even though I didn’t see on the screen what I expected too. Not wanting to just scrap everything, I said a little prayer and proceeded as though everything was good and each one worked out like they should (big sigh of relief).

I’ll try again this weekend. Maybe it was a software update. wish someone from @support would help.
