Passthrough fail on 1st print

“Print Unsuccessful” is showing up on the first part of the design with options to Align Manually or cancel print. The first part of the design prints I’ve tried multiple times to refresh the app and the machine but the same thing comes up. Is there something we can do to fix this ?

Please help.

Since before they had the passthrough I have broken the design into parts so I can pick the places to align. Picking vertical lines, an ignoring places that do not need to be cut. As long as each piece is less than 11" tall, I align to the right side rail,as that will solve x value and rotation, I only need to use the up down arrow on the keyboard to get the alignment under a millimeter at a place that does not show.

The majority of my passthru jobs have been engraves with cuts, so precision alignment is critical. There is an perpetual bug they refuse to acknowledge or fix, but I found a way to work around it. Regardless, it is essential to have a clear target on the periphery of the design to be used for moving from one step to the next. If using light material, or masking, I simply place the camera calibration target in the border, just the X in a circle, multiple times up each side. If the material is dark and not masked, I put a strip of tape down each side simply to provide a high-contrast target for the cameras between each step.
