My glowforge pro is working fine when doing regular 12"x20" cuts but when I try to use my passthrough I get a “Print Unsuccessful” message before I can even print the first section. I cleaned everything like they suggested but its still not working. I see that others have had the same exact problem in the past, what was the solution?
