The past few days my pro anytime I go to use the passthrough feature, before I ever start a print will go to the “cannot align, manual alignment or cancel print” screen. It prints like normal on normal sized bed projects. I’ve checked all three connections that they recommend. Any help on this ?

If you’re seeing that before the print starts and you have checked everything on the troubleshooting page, support will need to inspect the logs and see what is going on.
If it was giving that error between steps, it can very often be resolved by having some high-contrast marks on the edges of the material, but that wouldn’t apply here.
