Passthrough help

While using my passthrough I get my cut ready hit print and then I get a notification that says my cut was unsuccessful, to manually align or cancel my job. The problem is the gorge hasnt even processed and done the first half of the cut. Anyone know what is going on? This happened a few days ago also but it resolved itself and was fine the next day. This time that doesnt seem to happen.

My connections are fine, machine is cleaned, and I have everything clicked properly ie passthrough button.

No idea. The passthrough feature still feels like beta software. I cut my designs up by hand in Inkscape and line up the sections visually, using 1 power scores to verify alignment before cutting each section. This requires no help from Glowforge’s passthrough software, so it always works. Just another option in case this is time-sensitive for you.
