I recently was engraving song lyrics using the passthrough option. Got done with the first phase and it wouldn’t get out of the cooling down phase. I got frustrated and shut the unit off. I have tried starting a completely new cut using the passthrough using the same project, but when I press start it tells me to manually align it (nothing to align since I started over) or cancel print. When I cancel print and try it again it does the same thing. Tried doing a different project with the passthrough and I slid the wood forward when prompted and it would never align anything back up. Never had any issues with the passthrough before this.
