Past Print is NOT cooperating!

I am trying to find past settings and I have opened some past prints that say I have not printed that design yet there is a photo of the print….

Also, how can I get past settings? Every past print is showing unknown material so no settings are there!

Please save my sanity!!!

I don’t have premium but settings for previous prints on my dashboard don’t show until you either select the material, or have a sheet of it on the bed for the camera to detect.
