There are lots of posts from Casey on the Facebook page regarding his suggested cut settings. My settings are different from his. There are cut settings for all of their products on their webpage.

I would do my own testing…I tried to save time by using his recommended settings on the aromatic cedar I’d bought from him, and they burned it to a crisp. 
@evansd2’s method takes just a tiny bit of material, and has served me really well. You can find it by clicking on #6 in this message. (It’s worth clicking on the other numbers, too. He’s compiled a really nice list!)
