I’ve been paying for premium but when I go to the catalog it still wants to charge me for files. Anybody have a fix for this?
If you’re logged in it should change the price to zero. If not, you’ve opened a support ticket by posting here, so they’ll be along soon to get you fixed up.
Are you in the Free with Premium section of the catalog?
I’m logged in and in the free section. It’s shown free in the past and I verified my membership so I’m stumped.
