I placed my order at around $6 million in sales. I still have not had my payment processed. Should I be concerned, or is this normal?
Sounds like a bank thing to me, have you contacted your bank? I was very surprised mine went through fine, it’s a lot of money after-all. and or email support@glowforge.com
They called me to make sure the purchase was not fraudulent and I cleared it. I guess I should call them.
