Pen display and new material testing

Since I’ve been starting to turn pens on the lathe, I decided I needed a nice pen display. I found this design from Mark @BigBlueMark and didn’t hesitate to grab it! Worked like a champ and looks amazing. Now if the pens looked a little better I’d be happy

Also got several stretched canvases from a friend of mine. We’re working on a couple projects now and I wanted to test out some settings. Bonus points for anyone who knows what the project could be about from the images on the canvas!

No points for me, either. But the image looks great. Ready to see the outcome.

hmmm…

I can’t tell if it’s an “A sharp” or if it’s a “B flat”!

Get it wrong, and we’ll all be flat

Nice work. I think the pens look fine. What’s really gonna bake your noodle is when you get the wild hair to laser etch the pens too. In 3… 2…

Thanks! It’s just WEN, nothing too fancy. Got a good deal on one second hand though, so, couldn’t pass it up
