When your alarm goes off that today is your kid’s feast day and you totally forgot: Custom “Piroska” key chains done in an hour and run to school in a jiffy.

Are you two talking about pierogies? That’s funny and those are Polish.
Piroska is a Hungarian name that literally translates as Little Red. “Piros” is Hungarian for the color “red” and the “-ka” ending signifies diminutive… kinda like when you add “-y” to a name Mikey, Joey, Jimmy etc. The exception here being that the “-ka” is actually built into the name, usually you just tag it onto a name while the person is young.
Note: The fairy tale “Little Red Riding Hood” is an old school Grimm story that is actually titled “Piroska és a Farkas” = “Little Red and the Wolf.”
