Cute. I’ve made a few “card cover” chip designs and given them away at tournaments. Just for fun, which is what you do with a laser.

Player. Chips. Baltic Birch 1/4” used basswood setting. Player chips Stained and masked prior. 535/70/270 1 pass
4 inch rounds for players at final table Baltic Birch lightly sanded prior to engrave. 535/70/270 for text, 535/80/270 for center artwork. 1 pass. 3 coats lacquer spray finish on face and 2 coats on back. (Rust oleum clear lacquer)
Champion 10” plaque lightly sanded, 1/4” Baltic birch setting for basswood masked and engraved. 535/70/270 text, 535/80/270 center artwork 1 pass. Finished with rustoleum clear lacquer 4 coats on face and 2 coats on the back.
