Best thing to do is find a MSDS (material safety data sheet) for that product and look for hazards of combustion.
Or contact the manufacturer and ask if it can be safely lasered. I’m thinking it probably is ok but don’t know for sure.

As it’s liquid mold rubber you could cut the reverse of a stamp, basically a deep engrave, and cast your stamp. Then you wouldn’t have to worry about mystery material safety. Maybe out of acrylic or draftboard.
You ever have one of those moments where you kick yourself for not thinking of the obvious solution? This is one of those for me!
