My glowforge pro has not been working. it turns on but the carriage never moves and the camera wont refresh the bed image.
when it turns on it goes through the normal checks, the fan turns on for a second, the head goes through a series of clicking but then… a pop and a flash of light come from the power supply. then it just sits with the lights on.
is it possible to have a partial power supply failure?
That does not sound good, I would power it off (Possibly unplug it so it does not get turned on by someone else) and wait for support to get back to you with the next steps.
