A person cutting on my glowforge Pro put the blue mirror upside down and burnt it and seems to have made the inside of the sensor window dirty(the one to the top of the lens beside the blue dot, pictured). I haven’t been able to cut since. It’s almost making it through but not quite no matter the speed or power. I’ve tried clean absolutely everything but this is all I can see that isn’t clean but I’ve no access to the inside of it. I cleaned the outside of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need the machine badly for my shop for Christmas.
Unfortunately, I don’t think that is user serviceable. There is no easy way to get at it. Glowforge may be able to send you a replacement head. I would call customer service.

That said, I would not expect the sensor to stop you from cutting with known-good settings. Did you replace the damaged mirror? If not, could it be causing some misalignment? Presumably, you cleaned both sides of the lens well.
Thanks for your help! Maybe I’ll play around with the size of the board I’m cutting perhaps.
I found a video online that let’s you get into the window back to clean but typically, one of the screws that you use an Allen key on is stripped so that that the Allen key can’t catch onto it to loosen it
I don’t think that window is what is keeping you from cutting. To check, use calipers to measure your board and enter the thickness manually. Doing this forces the laser to focus at that height rather than depending on the auto focus which uses the two windows on the underside of the printhead.
Your photo may just have reflections, but that lens looks scratched or marred. Inspect the lens and mirror closely. They have a profound impact on performance whereas the two items on the underside of the printhead do not.
