Yea here is a picture of the lens in. The glass is at the bottom of the bowl closest to the tray.
I tried all of my other color dog tags this morning and same result. I tried them sitting on the tray and inside my template. High speed equals low impact light and really low speed has a high laser light impact light.
If it was a focal issue would I get really sharp engravings at super low speeds? In past jobs if I did anything under 300 it would burn the white substrate layer of the dog tag leaving them look burnt again no issues in 6 months running every color at 900, vary power, 340 lpi, 85-93 power. Now the sweet spot is 200-300 speed full power.
