Powers on but no lights and head not moving

I turned on my glowforge and the power turns on but there’s no lights, head not moving, I don’t see the laser tube moving either. Also, it says lid open.
Why so many issues all at the same time?

Those are all systems controlled by the black cable on the back of the machine.
