I’ve had premium since it was introduced and over the last week or so it suddenly stopped reflecting on my account.
I can use all of the other premium features on the GFUI.
I have tried logging out and back in and I have clicked on the link that says to “sign up for premium account” and it reflects that I already have a premium account.
The error seems to be directly related to the catalog only.
I searched the topic and it seems that others have had the same issue, but there weren’t any user steps to resolve it that I saw.
I know the holiday’s are wicked busy so I appreciate your time!

I think that has happened to a few people (me included). They had to “make a few adjustments on their end” and it was fixed. This post has opened a support ticket, so someone will be along soon to get you sorted.
I’m so sorry you’ve run into trouble with your Glowforge Premium Subscription. I’ve made some changes on my end and you should be able to download the designs the next time you visit app.glowforge.com.
