Premium setting "Insert Text" not working

Was anyone able to resolve the spinning?

No spinning in Chrome in Windows or Mac OS

In addition to clearing all browser caches and restarting your browser, you may want to check that cookies are enabled and that pop-ups are allowed.

I’m sorry you ran into trouble when using the beta text feature. Did @dwardio’s suggestions resolve the issue? If not, may I have information about which web browser you’re using? Please do the following:

  1. Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
  2. Look for the header that says “Your web browser’s unique URL”
  3. Click the button that says “Copy URL to Clipboard”
  4. Reply to this, and paste in the link provided

This will help us understand the circumstances around your error so we can work on it for you.
