Hello,
I got the recent bundle that has premium for a year. Well when I go to check out nothing shows us as free with premium. Is there somewhere I need to complete a task to get this?

Someone here may know, but it wouldn’t hurt to open a ticket with support. They appear to have gotten more responsive of-late…

Perhaps try logging out and back in/clearing cookies and logging in again. It may have gotten “stuck” with a normal user flag. Anything else will need Support’s input.

The Free With Premium designs don’t go to checkout when you’re a member. The blue button will say “add to dashboard” if you’re logged in. If logging out and in again doesn’t help perhaps try a different browser?
