Preparing to Print is now Taking an hour -

I wanted to follow up to see whether your recent prints have gone smoothly. I believe you shouldn’t be experiencing the same slowdown during the “Preparing your Print” step anymore. If you are, could you please let me know the date/time it happened (including time zone)? I’ll be glad to investigate further.

We have noticed a definite increase in speed , can you tell us why this problem occurred. ?
