Preparing to print taking forever!

I don’t know why but all of a sudden it’s taking forever to prepare to print and then cancelling the print. I have the upgraded subscription, so unsure of what is happening.

I just checked with a really complicated design and it took just a few seconds. We’re all using the same app, so it likely indicates a problem with your machine - I noticed it went thru an “autofocus” operation while “preparing”. Check your cables - the black lid cable is really the only one you can replace, but the others can be “reset” or “wiggled” to some degree…
