Print & alignment problems

Hello! I have gone back and forth for a week with tech support on this with no solution. The print is distorted and the machine is having alignment issues. In the picture, I had everything aligned and everything shifted during print. I have emailed support the picture and they told me to run a GOGM test which is almost perfect so I tried my machine again. It cut about 6 pieces correctly before everything became distorted and misaligned again.

1. No error messages whatsoever
2. I’ve worked through all the steps in the help section for distorted print

Is this an Spark, Aura, or performance printer?

If it’s one of the first two, likely the rails are getting dirty and you’ll need to limit your runs to the six it can do before you need to wipe them.

If it’s a performance printer I’d lay odds one/some of the belt teeth are wearing down.

Let us know which and we’ll have some specific things to try

I can see that this is a performance printer. Did this behavior begin after you removed the carriage plate to clean the air assist fan?

I will have to get back to you and Deirdre on this. My son does all the troubleshooting so I will ask him and post what he tells me.
