my print head came off the tracks but I can not find any pictures or insturctions on how to get it back on the track

By the print head, did you mean that the entire metal carriage plate that it sits on came off?
(It’s designed to do that…there are some instructions here for how to put it back on.)

It looks like you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great! It’s been a little while since I’ve seen any replies on this thread so I’m going to close it.
