My print is being completed, but after print finishes it will not stop like it supposed to and go back to deck it automatically starts right back over just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue before I contact Glowforge
You likely have two cases on top of each other.
In many years of ownership and reading the forum, there has never been a documented case of the interface doing anything but what was programmed. Open a different file and print it. If it print normally, the problem you are having is because you have a duplicated file.
Ok what are cases not sure if I understand?
Ok I get it now I will just delete my recent design and will remove it from my designs and make a new one for it then print it!
If two copies of the same image are on top of each other, the machine will engrave both.
Ok I started a brand new picture and it still did the same thing is there away to clear the files in the system
Can you share the file? Is it possible the file was created in such a way that there is an outside and an inside stroke for every line? You need a center line vector. At any rate, share the file and someone will fix it.
You can modify the file in group, and try to move the part on top and delete it if you can identify it. Otherwise you would need to modify it in its original software (I use Gimp / Inkscape). If you post a zip of the design one of us might be able to sort out the problem.
What program did you use to create the file?
Also, make sure you don’t have it set to do two passes…
