"Print Unsuccessful" (Pass Through)

“Print Unsuccessful” is showing up on the first part of the design with options to Align Manually or cancel print. THere’s nothing to align yet since this is the first part of the design…I’ve tried multiple times to refresh the app and the machine but the same thing comes up. What am I doing wrong? I ran 2 prints prior to this last one with no issues.

Please help.

I’m sorry about the trouble when trying to use Pro Passthrough. I see you emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
