Printing 6 items, 3 of one design 3 of another design. Copy paste DOES NOT WORK with a second item. But in frustration I kept hitting ctrl-v and eventually I had 3 of each item.
However, after 1 hour and 15 minutes of etching, I and just 1 of design 1 and 5 of design 2.
I’m so sorry you hit a snag. I’m afraid we need a bit more information to narrow it down. Do you know the date and time (including time zone) when this happened so we can investigate for you? Additionally, could you include a screenshot of what you see in the Glowforge app when this happens? This will help us better understand the circumstances around your report. Make sure to include the rulers in your screenshot and show as much of the bed as possible
To take a screenshot:

Mac: Press Shift-Command-4 and click and drag a box around your image. You’ll find the screenshot file saved on your desktop.

Windows: Click on the Start Menu and type “snipping tool”. Open the Snipping Tool > New then click and drag a box around your image. Click the Save icon and name and save your file.
