I’m so disappointed. In 7 months, I am now at my 3rd machine and now I’m getting a Yellow Button. I emailed customer service for them to tell me that it’s out of warranty PLUS the part ‘Printer head’ is out of stock. I now have to cancel at the last minute 2 wedding orders, plus having to cancel customer orders also. This is so frustrating, it’s ridiculous to pay that much money for something that is so untrustworthy. I can never rely on my Glowforge, it’s been 4 times I needed repairs.
