Printer off-line

I am sure this has been discussed ad nauseam, but I can’t find a search on my phone screen. Last night I was printing away and I set my masking tape down and it hit the glow button and the button turned green and since then I have had an off-line message in create screen. I’ve done everything magic ball rebooting my computer, rebooting, my modem and my router. I called the 855 number and had the same experience I had the time before. The two guys I talked to were like deer and headlights and clearly reading a manual and not asking me to perform the obvious possible solutions. It felt like a call-center that dealt with a lot of different products because clearly this person was not well-versed with the Glowforge. I couldn’t get it clear to him that I could get on every other website, but the glowforge kept telling me I was offline. I rebooted my Glowforge and prior to rebooting, my WiFi was seeing the Glowforge option for Internet connectivity, but after I reviewed it, stopped seeing it.

In frustration, I wrote to tech-support, but I ended up contacting the place overseas somewhere who wanted the same thing, a picture of the screen that said off-line. I have a project due and I’m frustrated beyond belief. Can anyone give me a simple cure?

Have you tried holding the print button until you get the aqua button and then gone through the wifi setup as you did when you got the machine?
