my printer is stuck on the scanning mode. Despite shutting it all the way down and completely logging out and back in, even with the machine off, its not moving from the scanning mode on my computer to say offline.
Can anyone help?

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re running into trouble. I’ve extracted the log files from your Glowforge, and I noticed that you’ve been connected and printing since contacting us. Could you let me know if you are still experiencing the same trouble?
