I emailed Glowforge yesterday and tried the tips the automated email suggested. Still doesn’t work. Any suggestions on how to fix it? My machine is just over a year old.
The GFUI often reverts to high speed and zero power to get that result, so that would be the first place I would look.
I checked all that and tried using Glowforge material and cutting the gift of good measure like they suggested and still didn’t work.
I’m so sorry for the trouble with your Glowforge and that it’s not printing. I’m glad that we were able to connect via phone earlier today and troubleshoot to discover that this isn’t something we’ll be able to solve remotely.
