Intact handles, and I don’t recall seeing the “do not double stack” sticker before. Nice!
OK, not much of an unboxing but there you have it. UPS loaded it up nice and vertical with four handles intact. No moisture inside inner bag. All went well except for the WIFI setup but I got through that.
An interesting journey. After two years I told people that I was willing to put money on the fact that it would show up while I was on vacation. I would have won that bet.
Unfortunately before I left USPS let me down and I didn’t get my bench built so for today I put it on a solid wood desk. A pillow is the preferred method of insulation to use in the window, right?
Long as you’re not planning to use it as a pillow again.
Like being on a camp out.
Actually it is an old pillow that I used this summer to “insulate” a window mounted AC when my central unit went out and the temps were passing 115. The window the AC was in wasn’t a sash so I had to plug up some extra space.
Next step is to do the cutouts and mount the blast gate. Then finish the bench.
Or just cut stuff.
I vote option B.
Nice! Congratulations on finally receiving your unit, and on an extraordinary display of patience. Have fun!
It’s a beautiful thing!!!
mine is coming TOMORROW
