My replacement Pro won’t cut now. It only engraved. I’ve cleaned it three times, made sure I’m only using pro grade material and nothing.
That could easily be just a problem with your artwork. It has to be vectors to cut; otherwise the only option you’ll get is engraving.
The picture looks more like scores rather than engraves - can you post a screenshot of your settings?
The particle board swells just sitting around sucking up humidity out of the air, that takes more energy also. Slow the speed by 40 and it should do better, if not try slower til it does, Other woods and acrylic without particle board will not do that.
