Just wanted to shout out to the Glowforge team and say thanks for resolving my problem so quickly. My machine sprung a leak after running only a few files–the coolant leaked into the outer glass tube and the laser quit. I was heartbroken!! Got a quick response from support, sent photos, they determined it needed to be sent back. I had a brand new replacement machine 6 days later, which is working just fine. Thanks for some great customer service, Glowforge team!!!
