I have premium and it won’t let me insert text. when I click on the T it says premium. I better have premium…you took $12.99 out of my bank account for it. never had trouble before.
When you hover over the T, it says “Insert text (Premium)” on the tooltip, even if you have the subscription. What exactly happens when you click it? Can you take a screenshot? The cheapest the subscription has been offered was $15 per month.
I apologize for the confusion. I’ve checked your account, and your Premium membership is active.
The Premium tools have a tag to let people know they are part of the Premium suite, so that people who are using them in trial stage will know which tools they will retain and which they will lose once their trial expires. However, the tag should not prevent you from using them!
Please try clicking “Insert Text” and you should be able to use the text tool. If it doesn’t work, please let me know and I will get it fixed ASAP!
