printer is stuck in upload and will not print
Have you tried restarting the browser and/or trying a different file you know works?

So when you restart the browser, does it reset so you can try again? Or is it stuck in the same state?
If you try a file that previously worked, does it still work?
yes resets and still say uploading
i printed the same thing on their product and worked but not my tile
If it’s stuck uploading then it’s not the material. You’re not even to that point.
What is the size of the file?
Is it just are really big image that can take a while to upload?
