Our company has been having an issue with our Glowforge getting stuck on centering. We have tried all the methods used to solve this issue and beginning to think its a software issue. We have waited several days to hear back about our glowforge issue and still haven’t heard anything. Any other owners having this issue with their glowforge?
Sorry to hear you’re having an issue. Can you give a real brief/quick rundown of what you’ve tried? There is no software, so that’s not it. The most likely answers are WiFi issues (as percieved by the Glowforge, not by any other device that may be working absolutely fine), or some issue with the machine itslef either physical or firmware.
We have done all the steps on the support page especially on the centering issues page. then we have also tried all the steps trying to figure out if our internet is the issue. Which we have come to the conclusion that it is not the internet or wifi strength
Not sure if it’s on the support page (never looked at it), but have you tried changing your 2.4 GHz channel? If it’s on Auto, try a specific channel. Specifically, give 1, 6, and 11 a try.
