Hi. I am in desperate need of help. I am having trouble with my glowforge pro being stuck on scanning. I replaced the black lid cable and still no help. I am waiting on the white cable to come in to see if that is the issue. Any other suggestions of what the issue might be? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted them and they said to replace the black lid cable which i did but still same issue. Either way I appreciate the advice, I’ll look through the forum To see if theres anything else I haven’t tried.

is the lid camera lens clean?
that happened to me once. i was like geez what the heck. dawned on me to check the camera. DUH, it was a mess.
