Problems with Premium

anyone else not able to renew Premium subscription . Keeps saying payments can go thru.

When I go to the “Manage my Subscription” tab nothing happens. Perhaps Glowforge is working on the link.

So I had problems accessing the Manage my Subscription from Firefox, but it worked ok from Chrome. Perhaps you can try a different browser or send support an email.

I’m sorry you’ve run into trouble with your Glowforge Premium Subscription. I’ve sent you an email with a direct link to update your credit card.
Once you’ve inputted a new credit card you will be charged immediately for this month at the rate you had been paying. Your subscription will be reactivated.

Please note that that link is only good for 5 days.
