Proof grade materials

Hi everyone. While I am patiently waiting for my glowforge to arrive I am spending time
Investigating what I am going to do and what materials to use. I am curious to find out if the proof grade timber is a solid veneer or mdf with a veneer face. If someone could let me know I would appreciate it. Thanks

The Proofgrade hardwoods are solid.

And the plywood is a Glowforge formulated MDF with veneer faces.

And the Veneer is veneer with an adhesive backing from 3M
