I need help!! I cleaned my Glowforge and my proof grade material is still not cutting through. I also make sure that I have a clamp so that it is flat on the crumb tray. In addition, it’ll cut through acrylic without any problems. Wood seems to be the issue. Anyone with the same issue or had the same issue?

Are your projects close to cutting through and just barely not cut, or is the back of the wood barely marked? Have you cleaned all of the optics (side windows, lens, mirror and bottom windows) and the air assist fan? Can you share a photo of the results when you print the Give of Good Measure on draft board using proofgrade settings? Please share a photo of the front and back of the result.

What are you using to clamp? I was using magnets and it caused that problem.
