So after not receiving my golden email until I chased support, I thought that now this has been sorted and I’ve given my address I just needed to be a patient for a little be longer and I will finally get my machine Yea.
A few days goes by and I don’t hear anything keep checking the forum to see if this is normal and it looks like it is. A week later and still no additional update my patience runs out an I email support. Today I get the email saying my proofgrade is on its way Yes!!!. I tell family, see it happening it’s finally on its way I said proudly as I click on the tracking email to read the following:
