Mine was doing this long before I cleaned it. Cleaning was my attempt to eliminate dirty optics as the cause. I double checked the lens today. It’s in the right way.
I am also having this exact same problem. I will cut a piece of wood one day and cut perfectly fine. Then do the exact same thing the next and have 100% different results. Do I really have to clean everything after every single cut?
I was cutting ABS last week. That seems to require more frequent cleanings.
