Our school district recently submitted a Purchase Order for the purchase of a $1400 filter. It was denied. The reason given for the denial, was that it did not meet the $2000 minimum order requirement. I am thinking this must be some kind of oversight in your business model. It would seem, rather than trying to come up with $600 dollars worth of add-ons, most institutions, businesses and individuals might either delay making purchases or find other means by which to solve their laser printing issues. Please take some time and discuss with your team about making policy exceptions for large ticket items.
