Purchase Premium

I am trying purchase premium on Glowforge but the tabs keep opening the same page and not through to payment. I am desperate to start creating but am unable to. Any advice, please.

You can create without premium, if you want to just get started. You just need a graphics program like Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator.
But to address your problem, you might want to contact support. Click on the Support link and then the Connect Button. You can email, chat, or call their phone number for help.

If this has not already been done, you can also try using another browser to see if that helps. It helps see if any extensions or add-ons are affecting the payment attempts.

Support may also request it early in troubleshooting; having that tried can make it easier to move on to the next steps and resolve faster.

I have to use Chrome for things like this with Glowforge even though I use Firefox when actually printing.

I would guess your browser is blocking something. Try opening it in Private/Incognito mode, or using a different browser.
