I purchased some designs from Glowforge and thought that if I was the owner I’d be able to download them. I would like to use the design in AI. How can I download the designs to my computer?
You are not the owner…you purchased the right to print them and are not allowed to download them.

It’s what @Xabbess said, when purchasing them, you’re actually purchasing the rights to cut, make, and sell the physical objects. However, there are a couple of files in the catalog, not many, literally a couple, that Glowforge does provide a link to download the file. And it’s not a user submitted design, i believe they are glowforge created designs.
